We typically ship orders within two business days of payment via first class mail or ground UPS. We will provide tracking numbers upon request and in most cases you will receive products within four business of being shipped. Shipping and handling noted is provided free of charge. Please contact us if you need the product in within seven business days. We do charge for rushed orders, but only actual shipping costs.
 
We very much hope you will be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with an EB product you have purchased, simply return it to us and you will receive full credit to be used for any EB product now or in the future. We do not offer refunds and are happy to report that to date, not a single exchange has been requested.
